Schmackos

My owner got me some SCHMACKOS!!!!! For those who don’t know what they are you guys are truly missing out they are so yummy that you will do the silliest things just get the little taste. They are sooooo good my owner saw an ad on TV last night for brand-new “Schmackos popcorn" so the very next day she went out and got some for me I just have the best owner and since my paw is hurt I don’t have to work for them I just get them YAY!!!

We are watching legend of the seeker our favourite show my owner thought by buying me my own tv snacks I would stop stealing her's…dream on I’m still going to be sneaking off with your treats too mahahaha

Red Paw Prints

Today well instead of just playing normal fetch me and my owner decided to do some street agility which was great we had so much fun until……my paw pads cracked, they were in bad shape and started bleeding my owner was sitting under a tree and called me over

I came running ignoring what had happen to my paw and when I got there my owner saw blood in my fur so she pick up my paw to check it and I swear by the look in her face she was about to have a mini-heart attack when she saw the gushing blood flowing out she thought maybe I had stept in something seeing as I was not reacting at all to her touching it she had a look around and didn’t see anything she tried to clean it up to get a better look but was unable to do so since there was no water around so she took me home I went to follow her and I fell on my bad paw and couldn’t get up I looked just black beauty but before I even knew what had happen she quickly scooped me up in her arms and rushed home.

Once we got there she clean the blood up and notice it was my paw pads that had been causing all the trouble so she bandaged it up and placed me on the couch but I’m still only a one year old so staying still with one of my legs not working right a lot to handle so when my owner was cooking dinner I took off the bandage and made Max art all through the house in other words I put red paw prints everywhere she got a big mess to clean up before her mum gets home on Monday hehehe

Growing Pack

Indy had her puppies today which shocked us all we thought it would be at least another month before she had them but there they were all 6 of them sadly one little guy didn’t make it but the rest are happy and healthy pups one my owner now calls milo is such a a little trouble maker he was only an hour old and he was already getting into mischief hehe sounds like me
Sorry I don’t have time to tell you more but it’s been a big day our pack from 6 dogs is now 9 boy thing are sure going to get a lot crazier real soon not just how big the pack is but most of us are ony year old and younger we are a youth pack thing are sure going to get a lot more interesting for us simple country dogs

Ball Hunt

Well me and the gang were out on our pack walk today and we had so much fun playing fetch with my owner sorry I have to keep saying MY owner so those other dogs know she mine and not their’s anyway well we were playing our ball got stuck up in a bush hanging off the edge of a cliff my owner gave me the command “find get your ball” so all of a sudden I dove into action and did my best to climb up it and they say only cats can climb huh I bet those flee bags don’t have out dog gone determination sorry getting off track as I did my best to find that annoying ball Rachel started a barking fit and joe was been a show off jumping all over the place my owner keep on calling out the command :Find” so I could find my ball she keep saying if as if I already had forgot my mission a few minutes ago which I guess was a smart idea in the long run I do get pretty distracted at times hehe

I knew the ball was close I could smell it, my owner got tired of waiting and followed me up the cliff side she didn’t want to go up since the bush the ball was in was completely cutty grass and all over the side of the cliff was these bushes covered in sharp spikes for us dogs no big deal our fur protects us but for humans if can cause a lot of pain

Their wasn’t a lot of room on the edge of the cliff with a crazy border collie trying to steal treats of the balancing human and an insane jack Russel barking up a storm just to get attention and me trying to climb my way to the top soon even pregnant indy joined in on the chaos and followed my human up their she very obsessed over MY!!! human but I’m sure she knows I’m top dog

After a bunch of searching and climbing and because of the chaos accidents will happen joe was been a scatter brain running around so I quickly pushed my owner to let her know I’m still here and well pushing a person on the edge of a cliff not the smartest idea I’ve had but hey I’m not perfect and anyway both indy and joe pushed her as well she nearly fell off but with dogs to grab onto she managed to stay put she really didn’t want to fall on those bush spikes at the bottom

Soon after everyone else gave up I found it!!! I grabbed the ball and dived down my owner was so happy her and all the other dogs came chasing after me my owner was cheering about how I had proved that i was to be a flyball dog by showing my obsession and determination to get my ball back

My motto “never leave a ball behind”

I got my Fire N Ice slip lead YAY!!!
It looks so good on me no wonder my owner was taking so many pictures Rachel is so jealous I don’t blame her lol

It is taking some time to get use to the idea of the slip lead but my owner said she would make some time to teach me how to walk with it which in other words means I get to spends lots of time with my favourite person as she gives me lots of yummy treats for doing things as simple has taking a step forward hehehe I love training time… oh wait just a minute…. TUG!!! Sorry about that I have to keep tugging on this lead I can’t help it, it’s so soft on my teeth but so strong too hehe just like me :P

Well a lot more has been happing to everyone’s fav kiwi mutt but I’ll tell ya all about it later that lead needs some serious tugging time

Men were wrong to trust a woman =P

I’m ashamed to say this but like many of my fellow dogs the unthinkable has happen to me…I lost my manhood yes that’s right my mean owner took me down to the vets and gave me what they call my big boy operation but we dogs know different grrr

I had to spend all morning in a icy cold cage surrounded by yapping idiots demanding there freedom

One by one we all took a walk into the next room and then the evil humans would return with my cells mates completely knocked out

I thought to myself better you than me but I barked to soon and it was my turn to take the walk

When I woke up I noticed my once barking cell mates were all lying down without making a sound I felt a horrible pain and when I went to clean the area saw that they were gone those evil humans stole them

Unlike my cell mates I stood up in hopes my human would return before these inhuman monster stole anything else from me but lucky before they could have another go at me my human turned up I was so happy but still quite wobbly on my paws

The evil vet said I was to return in 10 days to get my stitches out the cruelty just never ends for us poor dogs

But once my owner took me home she gave me some big treats and some yummy food trying to make up for it
I feel quit embarrassed by this but after talking to my mate Riley who had it done to him he has assured me it will all be ok
and to help make up for it my owner got me a yummy Schmacko chomp 'N' Chew, an awesome new tug toy and she said she will be buying me a rush to tug slip lead so finally all those YT dogs can stop showing off and i can start lol
Elise said she going to get me the "Midnight Fire" one but instead of a clip lead it will be a slip one which from what my doggie friends have said they are great to tug on plus i'll be the only Kiwi dog with one so i'll have to show off to all my mates mahahahaha

Too many dogs

Lots has changed for me over the last few months MY!!! owner who use to be just MINE!!! has now taken on a number of different dog for training. I’m not very happy about having to share her she’s mine after all I don’t even like sharing my toys with Rachel but taking my owner your going to far.

From just been me it’s now Indy and Joe 10 month old border collies, Toby 4 year old JRT and Rusty 7 month old poodle.

When ever I see my owner working with another dog I try and push my way in but she sends me away

I mean another dog getting praises from my owner and getting my TREATS!!! That’ just not on. Rusty owner seems to really want my mums help and has even talked about paying her but my owner is happy to do it for free I mean come on not just your taking time away from me your star dog, giving my treats away to those flea bags but your not even going to take their money which could buy me more toys and treats what is this world coming to. My owner has assured me I’m still top dog.

As my owner works with these dogs working on behaviour issues and basic obedience training they still get the same about of treats as me for the work I’m doing which includes back valt training and handstand work why do they get the easy stuff well I work my butt for the same about of treats where the doggie justice in that… well I guess when it comes to praise and love I do get much more then them my owner truly loves me plus my owner and I still have very special time together at the end of the day when she tired I get to sleep right next her on the couch and watch awesome shows like King of the hill, Ghost whisper and degrassi the next generation I love the time when it’s just us no training just her heart beating against mine.
